Do you give them a second thought ? What do you use or want to get ?

Here is a site with some good reviews of popular models.

Currently have numerous Mag-lites, but I think a Streamlight Scorpion LED is on it's way soon....

Wolf go with the LED flashlights. The bulbed lights are a thing of the past or soon to be.
I've been uses LED flashlights for a few years now and haven't had any problems yet. Plus batteries last what seems like for ever.

Just got a LED Stinger flashlight, it is AWESOME. Very bright white light (has the strobe feature too) and is good for over 6 hours on a charge.
I agree, LED's are the way to go......... very bright and use small amount of power.
Got mine online for about 65.00 USD.

I have a flourescent lantern that I got from princess auto with a larger rechargeable battery and remote control. It's great for sitting around the fire and then when you need a drink from the picnic table you hit the remote in your pocket and it's all lit up for you.
