2005 Honda rincon track trouble

My father inlaw has a 05 rincon with commander tracks He only has maybe 50km on them and he broke 3 studs on the front track and fell off, bent a couple parts, anyways he puts new studs and got new parts, then he went to check all of the lug nuts and they were all loose, we put lock tight on them still havent went out yet to see what happens, Anyone else had this trouble before or has an idea why the lugnuts keep looseing off?

are u sure u have the right mounting kit

Are you using the stock oem lug nuts or ITP or some other chrome lugnut? You must use stock oem nuts. Manual does say to check the nuts after first 1hr of operation. You will also need to re-adjust the track tension after about first 10 - 20 hrs of operation as well.(track stretch)
I did re check the nut torque after each time I have had the tracks off (commanders) and did not find any loose nuts but am using the stock lugnuts.

acually maxter i am using the itp nuts and so far no probs never had to retighten

there stock lug nuts and gregs installed them so the mounting kit is the right one
