Well it that time of the yr again, who's going and for what..... Me, Puting my name in for Elk and Moose.... Have to see what happens :yes:

Was thinking of going archery elk this year but might have a chance at some mule deer hunting in south dakota this fall.Right now just can't afford to do to many hunts a year.

We're going for rifle Elk in the Interlake. Should have a pretty good chance this year, we're top level of priority.

I'm going for Moose in the Duck mountain Area, never been there but my bro in law who is my partner got offered to be shown around the area by a lifetime resident and area hunter. so looking forward to a week of hunting in Sept.

The last week of the early season is the best( if your calling) for moose in the Duck's.

I'm already in the waiting mode.....geeze.....you would think they could speed up that draw system a little bit....

Me.......Elk only......Moose will be shot in General Season.....Bissett area....

Lol.....I wonder if the insides are like the outsides...black and white ?

If so, it kinda takes care of everyone's choice at the dinner table...

Lucked out this year, father in law needed a partner so he is taking me. We are going into a non drw area though for moose. We are flying in by float plane to akataki prov park, getting dropped of in our canoe and paddling from there. going for a week maby two weeks. Really looking forward to this. I have never been in a plane before! or moose hunting!
