Nice looking tires...what size did you go with??? Are you running spacers up front???...and don't take this the wrong way but it looks to me you installed them backwards???

Nice ride!!! you will be happy with the bugs no doubt!
BUT
Get your jack out.. flip the tread around the other way..
Looks like you may need to stiffen that front up too.. Bring it over one day and we'll through some spacers up front so it won't rub!!

Yup, the tires need to be on the opposite side of the bike they are currently residing. Bike looks a little too clean to me :scooter:

Don't feel bad about the backwards tires. Here is a picture of a buddy of mines quad and his new tires. I drove behind him all the way to the site thinking, "man those lugs look weird". And BTW, from what I saw of this setup that day, you are at no advantage at all!! :scooter:
Try your tires that way boys. Haven't done it myself, but some
serious mud guys have done this. It is actually a common thing
i have seen alot lately. Sounds crazy, but you still have a fair amount of traction going forward. What is highly improved is reversing out of a possible
stuck. With them reverse mounted, you'll back out of a stuck far easier
than the other way. This comes from at least half a dozen guys i saw last summer in Woodridge.....and they are pretty hard riders.
Haven't done it myself, but am sure curious to prove that theory.
Maybe they were installed backwards by mistake tho........

Sorry JB, I rode with that King Quad all day, and all I can say is, "What a pain in the ass". We did a lot of deep water, sloppy mud, thick mud. This poor thing was ready to topple over in the shallowest of holes. My opinion (and I know that saying) never put your tires on backwards.
probably Stryk.......these wre just riders i yapped with when
filling up there. I noticed the tires were mounted backwards on
three of the five quads. I have never ran them backwards to see what
they are like.
Thanks for the first hand info..........and i guess those tires should
be flipped around then.
Those mudders will do much better than those stock tires
from that year forsure. Enjoy dude!!

It just seemed that they wouldn't grab, or grip, rather they were....submissive?? All in all they sure as hell didn't do what they were supposed to do. I know some guys run their tires backwards, and I have no explanation for that. (I had a better analogy but thought I should stay clear)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... man I love laffin at myself... didn't even think about which tires were where... I only had limited time before having to take my son to his curling and just grabbed a tire and went... too freakin funny!!!! Good thing it's funny or I'd be pissed about having to do it all over again... Thanks for the tip... LOL
