GOOD DAY ALL JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO SNORKLE AN 03 AC 500 AUTO FIS, I HEARD ITS PRETTY HARD TO DO ANYONE HAVE PICS OR INFO ON HOW TO DO THIS?? IS THERE A KIT I CAN BUY OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE FAB'ED UP:banana: :banana: :banana:

The airbox in the 03 is nasty. Merv was making aluminum ones that are really slick. You can also remove the whole airbox, run hose up out front from the carb and stick an airfilter with an outwear on it.

On my 03 I had made a lexan lid, cut a 2" hole in the side of the airbox near the bottom, connected hose and went up front. Use to leak a little somewhere but I could also get through the ponds and then just drain out what leaked in. That quad now has one of Mervs airbox's on it.
