I need this track transfered tol Mapsouce ver 5.4 Please advise

Why don't you just update your copy of mapsource, it's free. Open mapsource, Click on 'help' then click on 'check for updates' Even if you have a pirated copy of mapsource it will work for you. You should be up to v.6.13.

EDIT: I noticed another post of yours and thought I should also mention in case you weren't aware, but mapsource changed their file extension to .gdb from .mps You can still open an .mps file but it will be changed automatically to a .gdb
