Sportsman 2000 Hard Steering??

I noticed a HUGE diffrence in steering between the 00' and the 03' Sportsman 500. Apprently they have changed the steering a bit and added a front bearing in stead of a bushing on the bottom end of the steering colum.
I have also hear of guys Moding there 00' machines to increase the leverage for steering. Has anyone doene this or know how to do it?

Well got the parts in for the Mod. Going to take some digital pics of the install etc and post them. Hope it helps!
