Hey all, my dads 1996 polaris sportsman 400 2 stroke is having issues, it runs as if there is a governor, same as the revese governor, but in neutral or foward gears, it dosen't do it all the time, but when it is acting up you can not shut the bike off (by the key or kill switch). I thought it may be the reverse overide, but if you push the button it still runs the same. I went through the wiring, and it is not coroded, Am I missing a bad ground some where? any help would be great, thanks Bark
