Ok, Cat went for a swim today with the water not being deep at all and somehow water got into the clutch. If the pep cock was open on the clutch intake would that suck water in the clutch? Also if my clamps were not tight would water get in that way also. I still have the plastic clamps from the factory should i change them to metal ones??
Not sure what or where to start checking, but I have taken the clamps off the vent intake and everything seems fine????
I need help since I am not mechanically inclined that well, don't want to spen 70 dollars an hour at the shop also.

Copy this and post it on arcticchat.com... I'm sure some H1 owners will chime in. Could be a common issue?

Fill it with water and look for leaks. Of coarse giving it a ton of time to dry before you going out next. Likely something simple.

I spoke to the boss and she works friday evening so I came come out and play... looks like we'll have some fun trying to swamp the tank
If it's still leakin we can bring it in my shop and have a look at it... shouldn't be hard to fix.
