I'd like to try it but its going to have to be good to beat the Rhino. Rhino has proven itself, so has the powertrain and Yamaha Canada has adjusted their pricing. Under 8 grand for a 700 Griz with power steering? Rhino is just about as good considering their retail. Teryx is a bit out to lunch on their price for now?

800 Poo 757
750 Cow 604
21% difference

The differences in weight are similar but to be fair to have that much weight on a quad is to much. A side by side is much different, now if the rzr weighed 1250 lbs I would ***** about that but it doesn't.

Also look at the performance difference, the 800 poo gets dusted bad by the brute. The rzr beats the the teryx yes, by a good enough margin too but not as bad as the poo gets beat by the brute. So we can complain about the weight because its simply to much for a quad and for the poo to keep up. In the rzr its a different story.

By my estimate there is about 15 hp waiting to be untapped on the Teryx, from 44 to 59 is a big difference and I think that the rzr may have some heavy weight competition once you put a cdi in, open up the air a bit because its supper restrictive and change the exhaust but then again you can try to do that on a poo but poos don't respond to mods nearly as good as cow, hehe.

Not bashing anything here, just putting all the info out there and making people understand so don't let brand loyality blind you. Jump on a cow!

Kawi de-tunes their quads "LOTS"! for safety so that inexperienced riders don't hurt themselves. This is obviously the case with the SxS too. Smart for Kawi, less liability, good for us, because of the HUGE performance potential bottled up in that beast.

I don't think weight is going to be an issue, the T-rex is sandbaging it! LOL...

I couldn't said it Better myself -- And we will warranty it even with mods, aslong as we install -- That Teryx WILL ROCK!!

That it does, I like the rzr too. Just to small for my needs I think. If I was single it would interest me more I think, more sporty but I'm toning down now and I'm becoming more practical with my toys, lol.........oh boy.

1st kid, well thats a bit off. First we get married, she finishs university, becomes a teacher, then the baby comes, lol. So atleast 3 years away. Who knows though, things change all the time.

The 4wd lock is on the centre console, is a "e-brake" style pull lever, with a top centre release button

I was at my New model Training on monday it is TER-IX not T-REX

although if you think about the power and spped of a T-rex....

No blue Rhino's in stock yet? Still waiting so might as well try out the T-rex.

Probably end up with a Rhino anyway simply because I'm going to the mountains with it and it has EFI but maybe second generation Teryx will have EFI, powersteering and all the bugs worked out.
