Here's a picture of my vinson. Could i paint these rims and would it stay on. And what kind of paint would i have to buy, clear coats etc. I want to paint them black.

Yes you can paint and maybe it will stay on. Depending how you apply and how you drive. Remember factory steel rims were painted at one time.

Are your rims steel or alum?

Not even too sure. I can take them to my automotive tech class and we have a machine that bakes paint on rims and what not though.

King quad stock rims are now black. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find a set from a tire swap or something at a dealer....or ebay.

The king rims will have a different off set because your bike has a solid rear axle, Honda rims would work. I do belive your rims are alum.

Yes, I already cleared that up with him. A poor paint job will scratch or peel in no time

Take them to class and do the "bake" method. ie powdercoat. It will hold up.

pull the tires off and send them for powder coat.

pull the tires off and send them for powder coat.Powder coat would be the way to go but I don't think aluminum is doable

yes they can powdercoat aluminum wheels but you are going to pay big cash. We paid over 100 bucks a rim for my bro's truck

Paint them with trem clad metal paint. We paint our grain trucks and flat deck trailers with it and it holds up quite well.
