i'd be in for an Eastman Club...but wouldn't know where to start..

I believe that is what the South Interlake ATV Club has in mind. Step one is to form a club. Step ? is to form an umbrella for other clubs to join and therefor gain a strong voice with regulators. Follow the thread they have going and join in the meetings. It all takes time, but the ball seems to be rolling now!
