in section 2 general, it states that all vehicles (except buses) that are manufactured more than 15 years ago are admissable. The importer has to prove that the vehicle has been manufactured at least 15 years ago.

in section 9, it states that no 3 wheeled atv less than 15 years old are admissable.

hope this helps anybody trying to bring one across
