Id like to hear some pros and cons about the new 700 grizz and the Rincon 680... I havnt seen a rincon go through too much mud and wonder if they can.... Any info would be greatly apperciated...

Rincon is a bit more of a trail riding bike. No low range, tranny like a car, great ride, nice and light. Grizz is a do all bike,and does it all very well. Way more bang for your buck IMO.

i've had a 680 Rincon and I've driven with the Grizz 700, if the rincon had low range I would choose it but overall if i was in the market which i am i would reaslly be leaning towards the Grizz

Both Yamaha and Honda make top notch bike. As far as quality and fit and finish they are both on the top of the ladder. But as far as performance goes, there is no comparision. The Grizz has a locking front diff, low range, and the best belt drive system in the industry. The power steering is a great option for mudding, tracks, deep snow, and just general riding. Go with the Grizz, no question. JMO:cheers:

While I agree that some of the features of the Grizz (locking diff and low range) give the Yami a bit of an advantage at times, I was impressed by Foreman 500 and his new Rincon 680 at Big Valley on Saturday. He and the boss doubled thru some tough country and never by-passed any of it.
I can't see how you could go wrong with either bike (unless you just sat and looked at it instead of riding).

I saw a guy on a rincon go through some ruts that I got hung up on while I even had more ground clearence and bigger tires.. The trannys on those hondas are way better than any belt drive out there.. Just not too sure how well they are compared to a bike with low range. Now I know you can shift in manual aswell with the rincon so could I just put it in 1st gear on the rincon where I would put it in low with the grizz?

Thanks tagalong i only have 135 kms on it yet,cant really say anything bad about the bike it took me and the [boss] were i pointed its nose.For me sometimes thats places i should not be.

Don't get me wrong really like the Honda's and my bud just yesterday rode with me and had no troubles just had one before and never really liked the fact that there was never enough power when you really needed it for my riding style because I am somewhat of an animal I need low range especially in the mud and that's where i like to play stil am looking at a grizz for the wife just waiting until Justin opens his new store here in Lac du Bush, It is between a 650 C/A and the 700 Grizz the 650 so far is looking like the way i will go but then i wouldn't mind the 700 for something different...

Get the Grizz if you like sport like handling, power, diff lock, reliable tranny, lo range, like to turn tires larger then 26", like to do mods, best brakes in the industry.
Get the rincon if you like to ride trails. The rincon has a softer ride then the grizz, but the suspension bottoms out easy. I have heard they have fixed this on this years model though. The rincon is alot of fun on dry trails, but the tranny is always shifting. The lack of lo range really hinders this bike. Even dropping in 1st gear it struggles pulling tires larger then 26".

Rincon680 has 2 of them and are ok to ride, front end wants to come off the ground a bit too easy for my likeing. Not too sure how good that is for trying to make it up a steep slippery hill... The grizz seems like an alright bike, just never rode a new one only the 660.. I still like the polaris aswell but thinking of trying something differnt..

when i rode a grizz 700 i was thrilled. it handled awesome, made alot of power, looks wicked, good belt system(don't know this first hand but i like its design, its different from kawisaki) and i loved the 4wd engagement compared to my brute. i'm a huge fan of the grizz 700's, test ride one.

The 700 is a different machine then the 660, and the 660 is way more featured and more power then the 680 rincon.

If I was to pick between the two, hands down the 700 Grizzly. No question about it!!!!
