not sure myself, but.... they work Amazing! we have one at the house,

tons of torqe, Not going to win any races... But I would not get into a tug a war with it,

I KNOW SOMEONE THAT HAS ONE AND WANTS TO GET RID OF THE 30mph LIMITER - BUT I GUESS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF THEM OUT THERE FOR ANYONE TO BE CONCERNED WITHnot sure myself, but.... they work Amazing! we have one at the house,
