Front Hub Seal on 03 sp500

Anyone had probelms with there hub seals? one gone if not 2 on mine. Only 1300 Miles!

I have the same problem on my '99 500 sp (left side). I have lots of miles on mine but would be curious to know also if anyone has changed them themselves and how hard it was?:smokin:

I heard it wasn;t that difficult if its just the seal. But there is a race in there that the seal rides on that can get scored pretty bad pretty fast. If you have to change that it could be a bigger job.

When I spoke to my dealer he said that often what happens is grease gets hot and fliings onto your rotor as well and that can make it look like its leaking.

Thanks Curtis. I think I'll take it apart slowly and take a look. Hopefully I don't get into deep but I think I'll manage. How bad are yours leaking? Do you still have warranty?:smokin:
