Yes mudlites would be awsome..get a hold of either Vinnie or Scotts Rods for the best deal. remember to drop the pressure afterthe bead is set or the ride will be rough.

outlaws, lmao, not, that trike wouldent turn them. but yea, mudlites are great lighter tires, or bearclaws(by kenda)

The kenda bearclaw is a harder rubber but corners like a dream and lasts forever. The mud lite is equal in mudding and rides softer but corners like a top heavy shopping cart. But it always boils down to ,what do YOU want to do with it??

I agree , Never rode mudlights, except for at honda driving the qauds into the shop (wich was bumpy at low speed) I love my bearclaws, i really suggest them, Im upgrading to mudzillas soon, cause i am a hardcore mudder, i had a set on 2 of my big reds, they di wonders to this machicne, but as 3wheeler mentioned, its all about how you ride
hope this helps

i was leaning towards the tighter lugged tire that is also a smaller lug will that be a tire great for swamps and stuff or is the bigger lugged 1 better

Just for a little machine i would lean towards the bearclws, they have great flotation over snow and mud, as they are a flter surface tire

another choice would be the carlisle(sp?) stryker tire. It's tred pattern is similar to the original 85 sx tire.I think Princess auto has them ans they have your rim size too.
in order...
#1 Bear claws
#2 Lites
#3 strykers.

I am just throwing some different ideas at you...The lites are sweet...I have them on my 250sx. You'll find your trike will speed up faster too with less weight to sling around.

sweet does it vibrate more than normal or do u have a tighter lugged tire

I ordered Mudlites from vinnie and right away the trike felt faster. They do vibrate a tad when on hard ground but that you get used to. They also expand at high speeds giving you a bit more top speed. all around good tire but DO stick to a nobby up front.

i wouldn't get a knobby tire up front just stick to your stock tire that you have the knobby tire up front will just make it way harder to push threw the mud i got a stock tire up front on my trike and it works awsome not for the back get Bear claws they come in 25-12-9 they are cheap they last forever and the ride feels like a stock tire the problem with Mud lites is that the wear really bad so you would have to replace they way sooner that a Bearclaw.

i dont really drive it much just for derbies and going through swamp and mud i dont drive it much down gravel either so it wont really matter on wear

Mud lites would okay then BUT there is also the Mud bug (Maxxis) they come in 25-12-9 they are not to pricey they last along time they are light but like any other tire they will ride ruff under 8kph they would do WAY better than a Mud lite in the swamps and mud holes here's a pic of them just incase your not faimilar with them.
