I have heard several people say that ITP mud lites wear too quickly. I would go with Titan 589, Mudzillas, or ITP 589s.

I HAVE 26" MUDLITES ON MY RUBICON AND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NICE MUD AND SNOW TIRE THAT WORKS GREAT IN TIGHT TRAILS AS WELL THE MUDLITES ARE VERY ABLE. IF YOU DO MOSTLY DEEP MUD GO WITH PREVIOUS POST 589'S OR MUDZILLAS.

you know, I may not go extreme in the mud, but I use my bike pretty hard. All fall in the Delta marsh, trail riding and plowing lot's of snow. I've listened to all the talk about Zillas and outlaws and the such. You know what, they ALL are designed for specific kinds of terrain. NO TIRE can do it all, but the Lites are close. They round off a little quick but they don't "wear down". They pull me through just about anything I ask them to,and I think they are awsome in the snow! Had them pulling me through probably 1 1/2 ft of snow last week and was plowing with them earlier tonight. Good enough for me! Plus they are very light, don't cost alot and look pretty good too. So you guys can bash me all you want now,but for the "average" guy,I think they are a great bang for the buck.

I'm on my second set of Mud Lites. Wear isn't that bad on them unless you're running nothing but concrete or ashphalt. I'll buy another set any day. They're a very good all around tire. If you want to get into serious mud then go with something more aggressive and more specialized.
