I am going to buy my daughter a quad but can't afford a name brand. I am looking at all the Chinese quads, she is 8 and growing fast what would be the best one to get her. I am willing to spend 500 to 1000 but I hate to waist money on junk.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

Send a PM to TandR2, I think she might be selling something you'd be interested in. I think it's a 90cc.

get a hold of vinnie, he sells panterra. we had one for a couple of years and our son drove the crap out of it and we had no problems. vinnie can also get parts for them, with some of the chinese quads it can be difficult to find parts.

Spend the money once and get a better one. Just my opinion.

for a kids first quad why not just buy a cheapey...I'd go for one of Vinnie's, or if your lucky a cheap older honda or something in that 90-125 range. When they are about 14-15 and can handle a real quad get them a brand name that's maybe 3-9 years old.

I recently bought a fusion 200 at outback on regent. I had some problems with it but rick looked after me. Cheap is cheap. If you buy an offshore product you better be handy. Lots of little thing went wrong but I think all the kinks are worked out. The boy loves it and I seems to running good.

My daughter has had a Pantera for 2 years, no problems - other than to governor set up needs to modified to work properly.
