Hey guys... Just want to see who as spring checked new sled or sleds???

I am a sled guy by heart just got inot the quading this year love IT...

I have spring checked a 800r Reng x... this year I am going all out pretty much every option I can get...

I don't want this to turn into a bashing match on brands. We all work very hard to get these things there is pro's and con's to all of THEM

I ride ski-doo because when I was a kid i was taught how to fix them hehe...

So lets talk about them...

I was thinking about nos, head, slp single pipe, clutching by goodwin...
I heard nos was crazy hard on them that the engine has to be done 3-5 times a year so I don't think I putting it on.... Looking for so feed back on the nos...

Whats up with the Yam warrenty WOW I found out about the Yam just after I checked mine....

i'm not getting a new one just gettings parts for mine. i want to re-do the shocks and get a clutch kit. might get a set of used SLP twin pipes i know of also. but not likely becuase i don't wanna mess with jetting.

i know its nothing special just figured i'd chat about them. i would love to get a new one but i can't justfiy the amount of money for a few months riding. i bet if we have a good winter with lots of snow next year i'll be looking at something new.

Nothing new for me either, but I can't wait to ride the sled i picked up last spring. '04 XC600. Been out of the game for too many years. Still got my '99 xc500 for sale if anyone is interested.

if i hadn't baught the t-cat quad i would have spring checked the new 1000 arctic cat sled....maybe next year,,LOL :cheers:

Where have you been already???

I haven't been out of Manitoba yet, but when we go from home it's usually to the beaches, LDB, Marchand/Woodlands, the whiteshell. Our last ride of the season was from Seddons to Lee River and on to Nopoming. What a beautiful area to ride. Will definately be going back there. Hope to make the ride to Hecla this season too.

What do you people think of Spruce woods area? Haven't been there yet. Are there alot of trails to make a full day of ridin'?

As for What's on order....I wish it was the 09 turbo Z1. If I could have, I would have waited that one more year, not that the 08 Jag I have isn't an awesome ride, but I knew that turbo was on the horizon and I'd like that "little" extra out on the lakes. I had 13 000 miles on the '02 polaris 600 Classic and although it need absolutely no work I just didn't want to push it another year. There's always next year!
