Clutching for 2012 brute 750?

Im looking at clutching my 2012 brute 750

It has:
-27" swamp lites (10" fronts 12" rears) on 12" rims

Future mods:
-muzzy duals
-PC5 or MSD controller

As for riding style I do some trails riding (hard pack and loose rock) but mostly in swamps and muddy trails. Most of the time I have a passenger as well (another 105-200 lbs). Im looking for a clutch set up that grabs the belt better when im in the muskeg and thick mud. Also make the bike have more snap out of the hole but still engauge smoothly while crawling around or loading on a trailer.

Ive been looking at a full dalton clutch kit which seems to give me a bunch of options with all the springs and weights that come with it. But on the other hand guys are telling me to send my primary to vforcejohn and he'll dial the clutch right in for my riding style

Just wanting some additinal input for the other brute guys out there and what they have done to their brute's to make them handle the big mud tires better

Oh and I would like it to cat walk off the line when its clutched

Dalton is a dial in setup. If you run trail tires and go to Derby mud set of tires all you do is change the weights in your fly weights and voila mud setup here ya go. I would say 15 min changeover depending on how hard it is to get at your clutches. ForceJohn setup is really good and best bang for the buck but it is permanent. Once he machines thats it as far as I know. You can still change the springs. Not sure how well it lends itself for changes once you have your bike for a while. If you go from 30s to 27's I'm not sure how the bike will react. Also you asked for something that snaps out of the hole and still want to be able to crawl. Dont know if you can get that set up. Usually if she hammers out of the hole thats pretty much it. Not an expert but my experiences.

How about a whole new primary? For 500 bucks I can send you out our cvtech tuned for your tires and riding style. The cvtech tech grabs the belts tighter than stock clutch so less risk of burning belts. We can also do the dalton kit as well.

You can crawl with a cvtech as well. They are snappy but crawling is more doable than stock clutching.

you can put all the springs and combos you want in it ( trust me )

they will not compare with the vforce john clutching and or the cv tech ..
i have seen the vforce john clutch modification in action and it works great ...
cv tech i have not seen in action yet but im sure its awesome also ...

if loudelectronics says it works i would buy it without a thread of doubt !!

So he has adjustable weights as well? I thought once machined you are pretty much married to whatever setup you gave him. Or is all that determined by the springs he uses? Never researched CVtech. Is he Canadian guy or is he located in the states?

Vforce John you can ask vogie about. I believe he just machines the rollers and spider. You still can change the weights to get different shift out. A must if using large tires.

The cvtech is made right here in Canada. They have been used on canams, Polaris, artic cat and yamaha for years with great performance gains over stock. I buy a blank primary from cvtech and then tailor it to your needs.
