This is where my RZR decided to really start breaking down so we headed for home. 6 quads, 2 side x sides, A bike and a whole lot of fun. Thanks to everyone that came out and hope to have the RZR rebuilt soon. Till the next ride, play safe and have fun.
Whats happening with your RZR Garry .

I tore the engine down and found one of the lifters callapsed and stuck in that possition. The others are very weak. The connecting rod bearing are wore out, excessive play. Need to rebuild the engine.

Holy crap already not good How many miles do you have. I am at 4500 miles now starting to use a bit of oil . Will be putting in rings real soon. These machines are just running in the dust all day they just cant take it. For the money we spend on these machines you would think the should last longer. O well you want to play you got to pay

2400 miles, rings look good but there is way too much clearance between the pistons and the cylinder wall.

Cylinder walls look good, no scoring what so ever. Makes me wonder if the pistons have shrunk lol
