some streets are crooked. one second it says 70 then literaly 10 seconds later it goes to 50. and esspecialy on roblin they put the speed signs 20 feet up the post so you can barely see them unless your looking at the sky

I would go fight it purely based on fighting the one ticket I got in the last 20 some years, not speeding, everyone I heard in front of me were fighting camera tickets and got around 50% reduction in the fine. If you're not losing a ton of money by going down to Broadway to fight it, it might be worth it.

well i did end up fighting it and they ended up dropping my fine to $100, i would say that im happy with that considering the original fine would have been $329. I didnt even really say much in my defence and the crown right away said the cost of the new fine. so i would say to anyone with a photo enforcment ticket to fight it cause it seems like if you go down there they will do something for you as most of the people there were getting the tickets reduced.
