Rad Relocate

hey all you lovely can am owners i was wondering if you would be able to help me out
im looking to have a rad mount made for my outty 800 was wondering if any of you would be able to get me some mesaurments of your brackets and front plate maybe make a cheap paint drawing to show which measurements are exact

hope so im looking to get this done in the very near futrure since the cost will be verly low for me and finally able to get the rad up and outta the way
maybe have a custom design cut out of the face i has ideas

Is anybody running a gorilla rad relocate kit?
I'm kinda dissapointed nobody had been able to chime in ad help me make something some what custom since I don't have the money to buy a kit

all there stuff is laser cut. and if you want the design in the front thatl cost u more then 50 bux im sure. plus all the materials for the rest of it. extra hose ect

I have somebody who can laser cut my metrical for free and I can get the tad hose and other meterial for less then 50 do to where I work that's why I'm looking or some exact measurements this way we can put it in the computer and watch the water jet do its thing

Just take all your measurements off your rad, and draw it out on a flat piece

or another trick is take your rad out. put it where it want it. then cut out carboard and fab something up with cardboard. then you can bend it and do what ever you want. then you can cut the exact amount needed and start bending it to what you want. bassicaly all your doing is securing it to the rack. so just look at the factory bolt holes on the rad and figure out what you need and how you are going to fasten it. then figure out your cover plate

i did something similar since my machine is outta comish with rear drive shaft apart i have just pulled the front off got my measuring tape mocked up a rad outta cardboard and made a relocate kit around those specs.
so far it has only costed me $1.77 for the 2 straight fittings, have all the hoses and clamps. next cost will be my coolent prob the most costly since i will have the relocate mount made for FREE

New note: may be able to get coolent for free as well
