Truck Tailgate Ladders

Well.....here's my story let me know if you think you may need one of these.....
After putting tires and a levelling kit on my truck, I have found it a little more difficult to get in and out of the box of my truck..
Of course, my beer belly or lack of flexibility has nothing to do with it...
It is just an awkward step up onto the tailgate....now I had often used my hitch ball as the initial step, then bumper and swung my leg over the tailgate and that seemed to work till the day I did that in my flip flop sandals and slid off the side of the hitch tearing my leg open and bleeding like a stuck pig traumatizing my daughter to the point you would of thought CSI was on their way over to draw chalk lines around the blood puddles...........(deep breath)....anyways my Dad did some research and found this product....a simple little fold away ladder....similar to the factory ford ladder, it's simple to install, simple to use and overall an inexpensive purchase to prevent a groin strain or another blood bath.
We are going to retail them for $90bucks but if you have read my overdone story and feel you too may have an "issue" getting into the box of your truck I will sell you one for $75!!
Obviously this makes a great gift for the parents or grandparents, or again if you're just like me and have abused your body to the tune of a 95 year old!!
Check out the pics of it mounted on my tailgate, it really does make life easier. It was funny how a few of my friends scoffed at it at first and then scoffed up the $$ after tryin' it!! LOL!
They work on any truck up to a tailgate height of 42" high! (I still have one more bolt hole of length I can go on mine!)
$75.00 + Tax!!
Give me a call if you're interested....
Cheers!
Derek.

Damn that's a good deal. I paid $44000 for mine, it did however come with a free truck!!!!!

Seriously though you don't know how handy they are till you've used them.

Great idea! My dmax with 6in lift was a pain, and my f150 with 2" lift and bigger tires has a pretty high tail gate height as well. My truck came with a factory step, and as much as I didn't think I would use it, it has turned out to be handy. Put it down and walk right up with arms full of groceries, parts, etc. I am sure this thing will sell great!

Let me know when they are in.

Great idea. Is there a way to lock them in? I see that your using pins. I guess any locking type pin would work. To many crooks out there.

Man I want one. Just need to figure out how to mount it over a box liner on the tail gate ? Wonder how it would hold up when loading a quad in the back ? Could always move it out of the way then lay it back down once quad is in the box ? Great idea. Thanks.

CaddyMan is on a distinguished road
Smile Truck Tailgate Ladders

Got my tailgate ladder and it came with the required hardware to either mount it directly onto the tailgate or in my case over the thick tailgate box liner. Excellent idea and product for getting up onto the bed of my 4x4 Silverado. For loading items onto the truck bed just flip it over or remove it completely by removing the two ring pins. Installed easily in just 15 minutes!
Also got a Cub Cadet weed wacker with the tiller attachment which is ideal for tilling around the flower beds and vegetable garden.
Thanks for the great products and service!

You wouldn't by chance be able to post pic's with the ladder installed over a tail gate liner ? I'd like to see how it looks. Thanks.
