Also the lug is supposed to be designed for even better traction. Steeper angle I believe on every other lug. The best mud tire yet!

I am going to be running the 28 2's as they are close to size as the 29.5. The 29.5 2's are a big tire and can be costly to operate. They are a bit to much for my bike with out a lift so the new 28 will be perfect as the old 29 were just right and relatively easy on the pocket to operate.

I'm in the not quite sure what to do stage, I want the 28's for my current set up but after said winter project I may just be able to turn the 29.5's. What do you think Brent/Tristan?

Remove the lift, get stiffer springs for your shocks, run 28" OL2's and be happy. Your bike's shocks are way to stiff, your handlebars are narrow as hell. This is the only area your bike lacks in. Its got power, just need better handling to use it more often. If you get an any more HP in your bike you will still be limited by your ultra stuff suspension (lift kit) and those narrow t-rex arm bars.

I haven't heard anything yet. I imagine something might be in the works but the 31's are not a lot taller than the 29.5 OL2's. I personally believe the 31's are a better tire, just super tall and most bikes can't run them without a lift and/or trimming.

Your bike rides stiff with the lift? My ride didn't change from stock with the lift, it rides the same.
