I have had high speed crow for 2 years its great. slow in peak times but cant complain too much. 50bucks gets 25 gigs i think. it cost me 500 bucks to get installed. My mom and dad have rainy day and its not as good they pay 60bucks a month and only get 5 gig and its not that reliable. to make it worse their tower is on our grain bucket elevator which is 300 feet away. they got it when it was the only option after skyweb shut down

same thing i've noticed to, still noticing it now as well even with the upgrade they said it could still happen, so far during peak times have been as low as 2mb down and .75 up.

But the reason I stuck with high speed crow was because of the reliability, as I have I noticed the other providers in the area have had issues with down time.
