Pembina Parcel Service

Is anyone going down in the next week or so? I would like a package brought back. Let me know and we can work out a cost. Thx.

don't they require you to pick it up? lots don't allow a second party to do that plus bringing it accross the border for some one else is a frowned upon by customs if they get caught?

They'll allow anyone to pick it up...just gotta email them and let them know

I've brought stuff back for my brother and never an issue with customs

Yes just have to email them and the person picking it up needs the tracking number.

Don't forget a copy of the invoice for customs for whoever picks it up. There is not always one sent with the package. Found this out the hard way when picking up for my son. Had to take the parcel back to pembina and pick it up another time.

Yep same thing happened to me. And when I went back through the states and told them why they laughed at the canadian border lmao. They said so you need to go back and get the receipt so thy can collect their money. I said yep and he started laughing and just told me to go through lol. That's how pathetic our country is

I asked the Cnd customs officer what to do. He said, "you can't leave the parcel here!" He said if I had a smart phone I could just show them a copy of the receipt on there, but I didn't have the passwords to get onto my Son's ebay account.

I stood there with a panicked look saying "NOW WHAT?" I got the feeling he was enjoying watching me freak out. After, what seemed like several minutes, he said to take it back to the parcel service and they usually will let you use their computer to print the receipt. Didn't help due to not having the password to the accounts.

Then I was worried about going back through the US border with hundreds of dollars worth of goods and booze. The Cnd officer smiled and said, "Don't worry, it happens several times a day!"

Worst yet was that Pembina Parcel was closing in 10 minutes and there was a line up at the US border. I called them and they stayed open until we arrived, which was very nice of them.

At US customs, we explained and they just smiled and waved us through.

Although Pembina Parcel treated us extremely well, they close at 8pm so we started using Corner Parcel just because they are open 24/7. I have found both places to be very friendly and helpful.

What does it cost to have something shipped to Pembina parcel. Not the actual shipping costs but what does Pembina charge for having something dropped at their location?

Standard Fee $5 U.S. per parcel
* we now accept most major credit cards

• Pallets - $25
• Vehicles - $10 for the first 3 days

Additional Storage Charges

• Small Vehicles $5 per day
• Large Vehicles $10 per day

All parcels left over 1 month will be charged an additional storage fee of:

• $5 per month (small)
• $10 per month (large)

I might be going down thurs-friday. What is the package valued at, and do you have the reciept, tracking #, etc? Also how big is it?

Actually I just found out my bro-in-law is going down on the long weekend and can bring it back for me. I really appreciate the offer though!!!!
