Good idea, there's never a shortage of old pallets certainly a lot more capacity than the plastic piece of crap my wife insisted on buying.

I have forks for my little JD and everything is on pallets around my place, even my saw. Lol. I work behind my shop and like to put my tools in each night after working on sheds, so I mounted my saw to a pallet, made and braced up some legs out of scrap, put some extra's on it told hold cords, nailer, etc. now I just pick it up and put it inside. Not fancy, but works slick.
