Oh dude. Design is great but you really need 2" intakes on the clutches and dual 2" intakes on the airbox. You don't want to restrict the clutch airflow cause your belt life will suffer as well as the clutch fan pulls a lot of heat away from the motor. These big singles need air too as there is one piston drawing in lots of air at once not two dinky pistons drawing air in continuously. You will get away with what you did but will come at a cost later. Also decreased performance is never desirable.

I know there are 1.5" kits sold all over but it is only because it is the easy button. If you need help give me a shout. Or Wend Industries in Brandon makes the best absolute kit you can buy for the grizzly.

Okay okay you own a Can Am not too much in the DRIVING department.

In all honesty Wends snorkel kit is the bomb, it will take you literally 2 to 3 hours tops to install and you keep all your factory parts. His product has all the pieces you will need, remove your factory pieces and install his already made to perfection pieces.

email him for some pics and pricing at wendelinb@gmail.com

Wend's own bike and then mine were the prototypes, this was when mine was first done. Since then he's developed a nice attachment to the front that snorkels all your necessary vents, and keeps everything neat and tidy up front. I'll have to go take a picture of that....except it's sitting in the garage with three inches of mud on it!! LOL!

Nope mine was the prototype. I showed him what I did so he did not do the same, hehe. MY fit and finish is garbage making snorkel. Wend fit and finish is top notch.
