HELP kodiak clutch problem

i am in need of some advice , I just installed the epi white spring in my secondary on my 2006 kodiak 450, after putting back together , the machine hardly moves and hits the rev limiter , Is this sprimg to stiff or did i mess something up . this sucks , trying to get ready for a run this weekend.

did u grease it? my neiborgh was cleaning out his stock cluthing and he dident put enough grease in it and he had the same problem but im not 100% sure about it

take secondary apart and put back together you did it wrong,,,its stuck closed

Yup what woldman said. You maybe left a screw in the secondaty as well holding it open. My money is on the primary weights fell out of place.

What size tires are you running for the white spring? That's a pretty heavy spring.

I am running 28" vampires. I pulled apart the primary and everything is fine . I have removed and installed the factory spring and it is doing the same . I have cleaned and tryed a couple of times . it still fells like the drive belt is very tight and when I put it in gear it jumps ahead and stalls . I am lost. I put the bolt in the secodary to spread it , with just very little pressure on bolt started it up and it worked fine .

I have installed a jet kit , snorkled the machine, 2" lift, 1.5" wheel spacers in front and 1" spacers in rear. 1.5 mm shim on primary. K&N air filter.
