The Barker is the way to go. Nobody gets gains out of a machine like a barker exhaust.

I sell different exhaust brands Looney Tuned, HMF, etc and the barkers from what we have seen put down the most power. Even more than a muzzy.

Let me know if we can help you out.

The only thing I don't like about most of the exhausts is you have to repack them every 25 hours or you loose your power gain's. What a pain in the butt to do. Now Gibson on the other hand need's no repacking. Now that said the 800 poo see's no gain's with aftermarket exhaust just sounds more like a pwc. I could see gains if you put the kit on razonator did but bone stock you get nothing. Just my opinion.

I always laugh when I here this. The 800 is tough to get power out of but it is possible. Don't knock the barker until you try it. It will give double digit gains on a rzr 800. Only exhaust that will do so that I have found.

The gibson gives no noticeable gains. Just makes that push rod motor sound worse. Yes you have to repack other brands but brands like barkers and looney are super easy. Remove a few screws and voila. Canister comes off, new packing in and away to go. 30 minute job. Packing lasts about 50 hours and some up to 100 hours or more. Really depends on type of riding. Moto style right to the pin every 50 hours. Under water all the time about 50 hours but for you guys that run the wheel, it will last a couple years. I get two to three seasons out of my packing and I am in the water all the time. So packing every 2 to three years is not that big of a deal.

Much better than the crap you used to put up with Rob years back on your old 500. I believe you said one time "I am a sucker for punishment"

Get it on there and go for a rip. We will work on the clutch after to harness the power. It is going to build strong power into the over rev so clutching will be important. Never did say, do you have a KN or high flow intake?
