Do you have an idea of what the concrete cost you? I'm planning on building one next spring close to this size and was wondering approximate cost of that. If you don't want to say in here could you pm please?

It is from a company in the states. www.epoxy-coat.com I read about them on a different forum. I contacted them and they shipped it to Pembina and I went down and picked it up.

If you are looking just for a price on concrete only it was 33.5 yards of concrete which cost me $5427.00. I thought I got a great price from Bergeron. They were way cheaper that others I had spoke to.

If you want a total price the steel was $1600, in floor heat pipe was $760 and the you would have to get a price on 2" insulation for 1360 Sq ft as I do not have that. Hope that helps

looks like a great build. I built mine 16 x 30 few years back....put in infloor although not hooked up yet. I went 10ft high and love it...lots of storage up top and I put a high overhead door and one large 12ft wide door.

you are past this stage already...but just notices this thread...my comments would of been...

- did you insulate the thickened edge of your slab...I did not see any.
- you are going to wish going larger on the oH door...at least one Never know when you get an extra wide load or wide rec trailer to go in...your garage is huge...and not to have a wide tall door??
- go light color for the floor...it just darkens the whole shop...plus you drop something and its hard to find a little nut, etc.
- go white walls and some T5 8ft lights to brighten some that up.

Overall your shop is the ideal man cave...good luck.

So how's it looking now? I'm in the process of planning my build in the spring and I'm still having a hard time deciding on size. I'm leaning towards 30'x30'. I'd love to see how your's is layed out to five me ideas.
