Need an answer quick: T? or F? Valves Yamaha

Hi, I'm adjusting my valves on my 1997 Kodiak, and where I expected there to be only one mark to line up TDC, there are two - one line with an F and one just after it with a T. I have no clue which one to use. I would assume T, but I don't want to make an asumption at this point. Anyone else every set their valves? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

So to adjust both the Exhaust and Intake, I use the T mark right?
