800r cold idle?

So my 09 Outlander 800r will not idle right off the start now that it cooled off. I have to keep starting in and playing with the trottle till it warms up then it runs fine. It has a HMF optimizer on it with stock exaust that has been modified.....

Should I add more fuel at idle? I am pretty sure it is set at 1 on the first position...

Anyone know what the factory settings are on the optimzer? I was Pi$$ing around with it tonight and not sure if i changed any of the settings..

Thanks, Shane

Fuel Pump is usually the first place to look on the efi can-am's if you are having problems with the way the engine is running. About 9.5 times out of 10. If it is not that it is that you have water or crap in your fuel tank. Pop the fuel pump out and have a look, it takes about 5 minutes.

Only other issue I have ever seen is the idle air control valve on the throttle body could get dirty and cause rough idle and stalling. Easy fix, pull it out and clean it.

Edit: Start by unhooking the HMF optimizer altogether. It is really not needed and could be causing the issue

put the quiet core and spark arrestor in the pipe and it doesn't struggle as much to stay at idle when cold
