Goodies for my WC
got my goodies from the border today.
Roof here was 609.95 and it was plastic and had a spot for a stereo. (not what I wanted) in the states 249.00 Half wind shield. Here 195.00 there 135.00 rear bumper. Here 334.95 there 237.00 2 inch receiver. here here 99.95 there 89.95 front bumper that will accept a winch. Here they don't make one and there is no place to mount a winch on the front. 249.00 for the bumper with winch mount. (not done yet tomorrows job) synthetic rope got my new 4500 lbs winch. (Can't get the size I want here) there price is 66.00 for 1/4inch 50 feet. Here it would be over 100 bucks for sure did not even look. Saved enough to buy a 4 foot led whip. 79.95. shipping to the border was free. cost me 3 hours of my time and about 20 bucks on gas and 30 bucks at pps and I still saved a great chunk of change. The roof the front bumper and the 2" receiver are made by Extreme Metal Products

Hmm looks good. Could have saved you a some more if you would have asked. We are competitive with states pricing and can beet it in most cases.

Got the bumper and winch installed and the whip. Now I just need to wire it. I got the accessory plug from Cat. Good for three power sources for my fog lights and the whip. No I'm not running the winch off of it. I did not fall off the turnip truck yesterday. LOL
nice front bumper easy to install after watching the video. Funny thing Half windshield made in Canada cheaper in the states. rear bumper made in China not cheaper anywhere. There making a killing on them.

Tie rod protection
Went for a a great ride with Bin muddin and another guy a couple of weeks back. Found out I can't be pushing tree's over like i use to do with my prowler. Ya I bent my tie rod bars. LOL They are not so bad to replace price wise at 19 bucks each. So I did some searching and found a pair of tie rod a arm protectors from UTV Inc. If you happen to do a lot of trail riding in Manitoba or Ontario. Get some of them it will save you in the long run. Also going to buy there rock sliders in the spring made out of the same material.

put new meats on the wicked cat last night. Changed them with my tire machine from PA. Well worth the 49 bucks I paid for it. LOL
