Nice buck!! Archery season is where it's at. No pressured or spooked deer to deal with, or any greenhorn hunters whaling bullets at anything. Actually getting tired of the rifle season....getting way out of control to even bother with.

Buck i managed to bag this week.Widest i have ever shot. Couldnt close the tonneau cover on my truck. Not the largest i have on cam but i am happy. Sorry about the pic no good camera or person to take nice feild shot.

Was out in the blind last nite. It was like somebody opened the deer gates. They were everywhere, I guess preparing for the storm. And the rut is on! Bucks chasing does all around me. Had a real nice 4x4 come in a few times trailing a small doe. Drew on him 3 times but just couldn't do it. Knowing theres bigger around and the rut is just getting started. Hope I don't regret that decision. Back at 'er this evening.

thank you snow! The deer movement has picked up with the snow and rut activity well under way. I managed to arrow this guy this morning after he followed after a couple does that passed by earlier.
