Help Needed!!!! Gas Fitter & A/C Tech Required

Can't seem to located anyone in the area (Whitemouth,MB) and need 2 thing:

1). A certified person to connect gas line from propane tank to standby generator. Run is approx. 15ft. I have all new tank, generator, regulators. Will need line and fittings and someone certified to install it. Have backhoe for digging line underground.

2) An A/C tech to check refrigerant levels in my heatpump. It's R-410A, I have a new 11lb bottle of refrigerant & gauges, just been a long long time since I did
A/C work and would like a certified tech to check it for me.
