Don't use the term "truck" that loosely lol I'm still looking for someone decent and prob another couple of work pics back up. Went through 3 guys this winter. I figured out why they were out of work in the first place.

The pickings are slim out there for drivers.
Guy in the same complex as me just hired a couple of drivers, city work.
The one couldn't back up to pull his own **** out of a jar of Vaseline.
Good luck with your searching.

Ya 2 of the ones I hired shouldn't have been operating a std trans. And slam on the brakes and stomp on the gas. No clue. Couldn't handle pin to pin work. One would drive for 3 hours and sleep for 4 no exaggerating. Passed out for 16 hrs on side of the Hwy when he was suppose to meet me at shop lol last trip he made. He kept telling me he worled oil field 19 hrs a day for 6 months straight lol

Doesn't surprise me no one is breaking down the door. Who really wants to work in such an over regulated profession where the general public treats you with total disrespect and Dot treats you like a criminal when pulled into a scale or at roadside inspection.

I am lucky i guess... never been pulled in for inspection and only had my log book checked once. We are always light, so never get bothered.

Schroeder freight. Like I said every driver I talk to pretty much had their fill of this industry. Sooner or later the lack of drivers and trucking companies ability to move freight will trickle down to the consumer.

Problem is, by us not wanting these jobs the new cdn's will take over the industry, like every other. time for people to suck it up.
No one wants to work for cheap, thus new cdn's take the jobs.
