'08 CRF 450 is on a distinguished road
Got the old thing running again.

Decided to try firing up the old sled after it's been sitting for 7 years. Apparently she still runs strong, but the headlight burned out. It's going to be fun trying to find a new bulb that fits
Here's a picture from when I had the cover off it in summer.

Ten points to the first person to guess the year.

That looks like a 1979 or 1980 Pantera, great machines. They are going to make Canada great again. In fact Bob had one of those apart yesterday and it had 130,000 miles on it. looked like new with only minimal maintenance.Yes its true, a real good thing for Canada a real good thing, Best machines in the world

After 7 years of sitting, be careful that the crank seals aren't leaking, on days like yesterday and today you can't lean it out pretty bad with only a minor leak...and nobody likes melted Pistons. Cool sled....I'm trying to find something older with reverse and estart for my parents to tow the grand kids on...harder to find all the time

NICE looking '80 AC Pantera!!! We used to call them CAT-ILLACS

For the headlight it should be a 60/60w bulb if I remember right and would guess someone like BOB from Crikside would have for you. I think you will not have too much trouble finding one.

Nice survivor from the pic for sure.
