snow
Here in red lake we have a winter storm warning and its been snowing since early morning. Probably have 4-6" of snow already. It it wasn't so rocky my sleds would be out

Loads of snow here in ldb, snowed all night, huge drifts everywhere, 4 wheel drive to get out of driveway...power outages all night, got called in 11 times to my treatment plant, and started clearing snow @ 5 a.m....wow..more snow on the ground now then all last winter it semms ditches are blown shut..crazy..

We have 6" on the ground in the south Whiteshell and no power since 1:30 PM yesterday.
The Hydro and Highway crews were called off the road due to the weather. With the strong north wind coming off the warm lake the south shore of the lakes have little to no snow, different story off the lake lots of trees and tops down. I guess it is time to take my pontoon out......Fack.....I still have concrete to pour.

I'm loving this. Started snowing out my way late last night, still going judging by the railing on the front steps we have about 2-3" so far. Hard to tell due to wind though.

whats happening in Winnipeg as far as snow goes. Do I need to call my snow clearing guy to start early this year.

Just cool. I am not an operator but I have a degree in water treatment, waste water management and water resource management. I now do consulting for a water treatment firm.

Well, just back from Perrault Falls today. No snow on the property....just a little on the side of the highway. Water lines were not frozen and everything drained perfect. Dodged the bullet on frozen pipes I think this year. Closed up for the season......brought the boat in..........but will still use the cottage this winter with the sled. Plenty of hunters headed north.
Lots of snow in the southside ditch along the TransCanada in Manitoba. Even saw some sled tracks. Tons of trees down.....snapped like toothpicks half way up. Bring on the snow !!!!!
