Just got back from an inside passage cruise. It was great....Holland - America was the company and we did all of our booking through CAA ! In addition, we did a six day land tour ..... saw a lot of Alaska ....pricing was reasonable...get a balcony suite.....got my Scotch on board in the checked in bag ( although they claim they will confiscate it if they find it ) ......go about this time of year....wildlife is abundant....fall colours are great, and in about two weeks or so, all the souvenier shops are closing down and you can get up to 75% off excellent quality clothing as they are blowing out this years inventory so as not to carry it over. We lucked into that portion of the cruise/tour !!
Our land tour portion was guided....saves hauling all the luggage from destination to destination.....transfers are included...!! Have fun........we will be doing a Mediterainian cruise soon..!!!
