03 500 cat valve adjustment
any know off hand the specs for intake and exhaust for getting this kitty cat to quit ticking. quad is a 03 500 4x4 automatic. thanks in advance.

I believe the valve Spec's are 0.006 " for both Intake and Exhaust valve's....hope this helps...

For intake 0.05-010mm or .002-.004 in. For exhaust 0.17-0.22 mm or .007-.009 in. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Thanks, I got them set today, exhaust was the culprit. Set them to .007 and no more ticking. Thanks for all the help from everyone..
