Chain saw
So I ordered a saw from a company out of the states called Mowtown. The saw I had ordered was a husqvarna 440E. I called them the other day because they said usually ships in 3 to 4 days and it was going on 9 days. They told me the saw has been delayed till dec 15th. They said because it can't ship me the one I wanted in a timely manner they would up grade the saw to the 450e and it would be shipped that day. Now that's customer service. I looked up the price difference between the two saws which is about 100 bucks plus the 450 is 10cc more. I get it next weekend.

450e is a sweet saw, my dad's been very happy with his over the last 2 yrs

The 450e here is $499.00. I found a flyer from CSB. That same saw there is $389.00 shipped for free to the border. The original saw I ordered was a 440e for 289.00. So yet it does not happen too often it still worth shopping around. And the best part Cummings small engine in Winnipeg will help me if I have any warranty issues. Plus they gave me a smoking deal on accessories and I did not even buy the saw there. Now that's customer service.
