Your oil leak i assume is the valve covers, this is like most because the covers warp over time. You can get new gaskets but alot guys just use RTV silicone on the gasket & cover.

Not to mention winter, can you say no bugs? Also no dust, sweat ect ect. Put on way more miles last winter, then I have this summer in the heat.

One of things you can do is put another washer under the head of the valve cover bolt. I sliced a notch on the washer when my renegade was leaking and it fixed it. they have a tendency to warp. Apparently you can order the XMR covers and they are supposed to be better.

Add to your list timing chains,if you are really ambitious you could pull motor and clean the metal screen in the bottom of engine that filters the oil,if they plug your motor is toast.

You might not need new clutch's but you could use some clutching to help with the belt issues.I run stock clutch's with clutching work and i have yet to blow a belt and i even did a few mud bogs with the Dayco XTX belt...
