The cat teams are well backed, well trained. And good drivers.
Congrats to them.

Just goes to show that tractor like three point hitch axis pile of shit can't win a race. Even in the soo 500 they refuse to race that garbage. At least cat races the same sled that we ride on the trail!!!!

And yet poo still outsells cat. Apparently winning races does absolutely nothing to drum up sales lol...
But congrats to cat on the win.. they deserve it

Racers go with the best deals and support, not the brand, its 90% rider and 10% machine.

Congrats to Zach Herfindahl for winning PRO 600, and Gabe Bunke for getting it done in the Master's class!! Crazy how fast these guys are, even after 40!! My employees and I went to watch the race by Ste. Agathe, and it was amazing how fast the track deteriorated from the first sled that passed over it to the last guy who crashed over it. Yamaha Bandit you would know how hard it is, you ran this race back in the day, lots of hard work to even finish.

We can all cheer for whosoever cool aid we drink, but the main thing is this is a great event for the sport of snowmobiling, and for the economy. Congrats to all racers for even trying to finish the race. I know I don't even have the courage to get off my couch when it comes to that one!!

Life is to short and come to a end way to fast. Go out and enjoy the trails with your family and friends cause that's what it's all about.

I like to thank Adam for letting us watch the start of the race. You would not believe the carnage in the first four miles. These guys and gals are absolutely amazing.

race results for all the classes. I also know what goes on in this race. Not by racing but by running the chase truck. It was interesting and still have the shirt from the race. Something I will never forget thanks Yamabandit for the experience.

If you go on YouTube you can watch footage from the original race in 1966. Well worth the watch.

When 4 out of the top 5 are running 1 brand you have to ask why.Could it be superior suspensions and a more reliable unit?

Are you suggesting that if in any race there is a brand that dominates in the top 5 they are a better brand then the others?
Riders will go where the money is offered, a good rider will make any color look good.

You should read Adam's post as I think he summed it up well.
Cheer for your color but to pretend that only your brand is well made or preferred is ridiculous.
This isn't Nascar in the 80's, Win on Sunday and sell on Monday.

Cat hasn't used Suzuki 600 engines in race sleds for a couple of years now.

Sometimes racing comes down to a $2 bolt breaking or an electrical part from China.

Funny when one brand wins it's "Terrain Domination" when another wins, its pure luck.

This is a good example of a first world problem. It doesn't mean squat in the end.
