This walks you through how to get the US netflix account. One example of how to do it but this seems to be the standard. Cross reference it with a few other sites but it seems very easy to do. My friend in the city has the US Netflix and hasn't had any problems. Unless your streaming your downloaded finds through a home network it's not worth the money to burn them on to DVD. How much is a pack of DVD's or BlueRay's? 15-20$ vs. Netflix what 8 bucks a month? Not to mention wasted time. I'm not sure how much the US one is but you get my drift. Best of all with Netflix everything is on the up and up and you don't risk any legal drama should the hammer ever drop on downloading in Canada. Don't think for a second your downloads aren't being tracked. Since getting Sirius and Neflix downloading, catalogueing, burning seems too much like work.

My downloads aren't being tracked by people I don't want tracking them :P

But yeah there's lots of movies and tv shows I don't bother downloading because they're on Netflix.
Really, for $8 a month it's worth it.
