Something New For Winter Riding !!!

I just picked up my Backcountry Tracks. Here's a video with a little comparison of the Backcountry Tracks to my Tatou 4S tracks. I've had the Tatou's for 9 yrs & they have been excellent tracks. I hope the New Backcountry Tracks give me as much enjoyment.

Before anyone wants to tell I should of bought a sled, understand, I didn't want a sled. And I did not pay list price for the tracks. My dealer gave me one hell of a good deal.

I will say this, it's gonna suck to go back to tires in the spring ...

I'll be doing another video next week of the bracket installs & a few other things I've to prepare for running these Backcountry Tracks.

Now, I just have to wait for it to snow here. ...

Looks great, and the only reason you really need a shovel any more would be to shovel snow off foot wells lol. Looks like they throw a lot of snow, but that is expected. Can hardly wait until you get into the deep and steep snow. Thanks for posting. Happy New Years

Thanks Pioneer ... glad you enjoyed the video. I sure I don't need the shovel for anything but what you mentioned ...

Well, the snow was pretty dry & powdery & the wind was blowing a bit, but yeah, I was getting covered. Of course, I also had that problem with the Tatou's in those same conditions, but it's all good. Besides, for me, that's part of the fun ...

I want to get out so bad it hurts, but our snow is so meager & melting everyday ... ... hopefully we get some more soon.

your front angle of attack should be greater than it is. you will find it hard to steer. front of the track should be up more.
