When I called to book the consult, I told them I wear contacts. She said to not wear them 24 hours before the consult. If I decide to book, then I'm sure they'll tell me not to wear them for a while before...not sure if I could do that. I honestly wear them from 7am til sometimes midnight or later. I only wear my glasses so that I can find my way downstairs to go to sleep. :-)

We'll see what they say next week.

You cannot wear contacts for 24 hrs prior as it changes the shape of the eye and they can`t get a good reading. the whole consultation takes 2 hours go on a saturday parking was good and its not that busy.

My consult is next Thursday

So I had my consult today - they didn't have to dilate my pupil as I was worried they would (phew!) - total bill would be $3580 and they tentatively have me scheduled for March 4th unless I cancel.

You won't regret it and save your receipt for income tax, you can claim it.

I'm going to see if I can finance it and if so, then I'll do it...otherwise I'll stick with my contacts for a few more years...

Yeah I know to keep the receipt - I prepare income tax returns
