How much will a 10x10 shed cost?

I need a decent sized yard shed, 10' x 10' - we are allowed 100 sq feet without a bldg permit, and I understand the town will prolly look the other way if it's too tall - so I'm thinking 8' (at least) ceiling.
I'd prefer pressure treated joists and floor for longevity, and real rafters to accommodate snow load rather than those little pre-man ribs. no windows, and a stick built door at 36" - 40" wide.

I'll worry about soffits, fascia and siding afterwords.

I saw that one - it prolly is a good deal, 'cept whatever I move to my back yard has to fit through an 8' wide o/h door, which is why building something is preferred.

Dime a dozen at your local home hardware lumber usually....prices go about $800 to $1800 depending on size....this is with siding, facia, shingles and some with steel overhead door.

material only (depending on if you go vinyl or wood siding, build your own barn doors or buy pre made) should run you < $30 / sq foot.
Alot depends on the design you choose.
